Four Cheese Pizza alla Daviola® One store bought pizza skin or pizza dough ball (or search the web for recipe) 1/4 cup pizza sauce 3/4 cup shredded or grated mozzarella, about 3 ounces 1/3 cup grated asiago 1/3 cup grated fontina cheese 2 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan 1 teaspoon Smoky Chipotle Daviola® Original Pizza Peppers Cornmeal for sprinkling on pizza stone Place a pizza stone on the middle rack of the oven and preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Spread the pizza sauce (any store bought sauce will do) evenly onto round. Sprinkle the Daviola® Original Pizza Peppers and then the mozzarella, asiago, fontina, and the Parmesan. Bake on the pizza stone until the pizza crust is nicely browned, about 10 to 12 minutes (spreading corn meal on stone helps to get pizza off stone after baking). When the pizza is removed from the oven, transfer to a cutting board and garnish with additional Daviola® Original Pizza Peppers (optional), cut the pizza into slices, and serve immediately.
